Municipal engineering, planning and zoning issues, and providing City staff support comprises the majority of the services performed by Civil Dynamics.  As contracted consultants, we work closely with staff and elected officials in an effort to maximize process efficiency and minimize problems.  We draw from the experience and knowledge gained from years of engineering and planning primarily in the public sector, but also from working extensively in the private sector.  We understand very well the challenges and issues faced by small, rural communities including maintenance and operation of water, sewer, storm water and street systems, and meeting ever increasing regulatory requirements with sometimes shrinking budgets.  Concerns brought about by development, land use applications and subsequent planning and zoning decisions is also a cornerstone of the expertise offered.
