Includes experience with design, operation and maintenance of lagoon treatment systems, community septic tank and drainfield systems, design and rehabilitation of lift stations, design and inspection of mainline extensions, and experience with trenchless reconstruction (cured in place/pipebursting). Our role can involves very close coordination with State Public Health and Federal (EPA) agencies regarding reuse irrigation of effluent, the possible impact to local waters, TMDL development and concerns for local water bodies, National Pollutants Discharge Program (NPDES), and NEPA requirements.
Sewer systems are under intense scrutiny as regulations continue to tighten. Civil Dynamics has worked with communities to renew permits and help negotiate new permits. We’ve also worked with communities to establish re-use disposal, where the effluent is used for irrigation.
